This new organization is dedicated to serving the unmet needs of low to moderate-income individuals and families in Raton, as well as underserved populations in our area, by working together as a community. As a community focused organization we seek to improve the quality of life in Raton by:

• Identifying and overcoming institutional barriers
• Facilitating change
• Mentoring those seeking new opportunities
• Offering life and job skills training
• Improving academic performance
• Serving as a resource center
• Providing enhanced communication.

There will be many opportunities to help achieve these goals. However, the success of these efforts will greatly depend on having a committed Board of Directors with a variety of skills and lifetime experiences. At this time, we are looking for individuals who are willing to commit to serving on our Board of Directors.

Our organization is wholeheartedly committed to creating new and innovative opportunities for those in our community who may be struggling to fulfill their potential. In order to achieve our goals, we sincerely believe in partnering with other non-profit organizations and the City of Raton to create an ever-expanding place of opportunities for those in our community.

We are passionate about partnering with our community and working collaboratively towards our shared goals. It is our fervent hope that the people of Raton will come together in a spirit of kindness and compassion, taking action to create a community founded on caring and support.
